- Role: Designing and implementing AI-driven solutions across omnichannel platforms to personalize user experiences and reduce human interaction
- Responsibilities include designing AI-based solutions, aligning AI solutions with enterprise architecture, preparing conceptual design for AI systems, staying updated on AI and healthcare technologies, evaluating new AI technologies, engaging with business stakeholders, presenting AI strategies, partnering with data scientists, engineers and UX teams, and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation
- Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machine learning; understanding of AI technologies and their limitations; experience in reviewing technical whitepapers and research papers; excellent communication and presentation skills.
