Project Engineer
Key Role:

Visualize, design, coordinate, and implement the development of a system of interest encompassing hardware or sof tware through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk or opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Shape the user's mission by leading system engineering cross-functional approaches to implement te chn ical approaches. Broaden your skillset into areas like integration of the Combatant Commands, Services, and Agencies to innovate Joint All Domain Command and Control ( JADC2 ) , including our coalition mission partners. Grow your skills by merging systems into interoperable solutions as JADC2 matures with delivery and sound solutions. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive te chn ical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. Join our team and create the future of systems and capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with C4 Cyber systems and wireless te chn ology programs
  • Knowledge of requirements development, product definition and design, C2, and test planning and execution
  • Knowledge of networking and systems engineering
  • Ability to c ond uct cost-benefit analysis to support decision making of alternative designs or architectures
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating the activities of te chn i cia ns assigned to specific engineer projects
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Ability to provide management and subject matter insight to teams performing assigned tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or Te chn ology


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
