Summary
The Correspondence Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and responding to correspondence inquiries from providers based on defined policy and procedures.
Ensuring that turnaround times for correspondence inquiries are met as required.

The pay range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. - Claims
- Provider Enrollment
- Provider Relations
- Third Party Liability (TPL)
- Provider Healthcare Portal Support
Prior experience with Medicaid is preferred.

- This position will report to the Service Desk Supervisor.
