DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for an IT Help Desk Specialist to work on-site with one of our direct clients in Portland, Oregon.



Job Title: IT Help Desk Specialist

Duration: 8 Months

Location: Portland, Oregon (on-site)

Scope of Work:

  • Provide customer service by phone and in-person
  • Reset passwords in Active Directory
  • Enrol mobile devices in DUO
  • Install software on Windows and Mac devices
  • Assist customers with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
  • Troubleshooting issues such as audio/microphone issues, failed software installs, VPN, etc.
  • Answer questions about Google Workspace
  • Direct customers to the IT Service Portal

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • IT Service Desk knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Customer service knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
