About the Role: The Manager, OCM will lead and manage key organizational changes across Komline, with an initial focus on managing the change impact of the ongoing ERP implementation and several in-process and future acquisitions. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, including training, communication, and impact assessment, to ensure effective adoption of the new systems and processes across the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for critical Komline initiatives that impact our employees, our multiple sites, and the way that we operate
  • Identify potential areas of resistance, risks, and challenges, and develop mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business process owners, operations teams, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Design and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process
  • Conduct awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops to facilitate understanding and acceptance of the changes
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to gather feedback and address concerns
  • Assess training needs across different departments and employee levels
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption of systems and processes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to create engaging and relevant training materials
  • Assess the organization's readiness for change with transformational initiatives like the ERP implementation and acquisitions
  • Analyze the impact of the changes on business processes, roles, and organizational structures
  • Develop strategies to address organizational restructuring, job role changes, and cultural integration
  • Coach and support leaders and employees through the change process, providing guidance and tools to facilitate successful transitions
  • Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor the progress of change adoption
  • Identify areas of resistance and work with the leadership team to establish mitigation plans
  • Reinforce the changes through ongoing communication, coaching, and support
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale change initiatives, including ERP implementations and post-acquisition integrations
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess change impacts and develop effective solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in self-directed project management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
