Description
We are offering a contract for a Help Desk Analyst I position in Belmont, North Carolina. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be expected to promptly respond to calls and inquiries from all over the country, utilizing a call center platform. You will also be tasked with ticket management and in-person assistance.
Responsibilities
Attend to incoming calls from various locations nationwide
Provide immediate assistance to walk-in queries
Efficiently manage and resolve tickets
Utilize call center platform effectively
Exhibit patience and excellent customer service in all interactions
Manage and maintain Microsoft SharePoint
Handle issues related to Android and Apple iPhone devices
Work with Cisco and Citrix Technologies
Troubleshoot problems with Mac Computers and other Apple Devices
Perform tasks related to Computer Hardware and Configuration Management
Carry out deployments as necessary
Provide support for Microsoft and Active Directory related issues
Ensure smooth operations of the shop floor
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies, including the use of Cisco hardware and software.
Experience with Citrix Technologies, particularly in a support or troubleshooting role.
Knowledge of Mac Computers, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using Microsoft products, with a focus on troubleshooting and support.
Experience with Active Directory, including user management and group policies.
Knowledge of Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and support for both hardware and software.
Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with Configuration Management, particularly in the context of IT support.
Familiarity with Deployments, including software installation and updates.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including user management and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Shop Floor procedures and practices in an IT support context.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues on iPhone devices.
Experience with Android devices, including troubleshooting and support.
Familiarity with Apple iPhone, including both hardware and software support.
