Job Details

Responsibility

• Provide technical support to the maintenance team.
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement corrective actions for complex and recurring issues.
• Oversee the Bad Actor Program and develop action plans to enhance reliability.
• Assist in the training and development of in-house maintenance personnel.
• Support the reliability process to drive improvements, optimize costs, and enhance Asset Effectiveness.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Plans.
• Develop a disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy.
• Contribute to the Maintenance budget and Capital Plan.
• Evaluate alternatives for equipment repair, focusing on cost and time efficiency.
• Support capital projects by providing engineering expertise related to Maintenance and Reliability.
• Develop and maintain a Critical Equipment list.
• Manage the Spare Parts inventory for the site.
• Develop and maintain Vessel and Piping Inspection and Relief Device programs.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in a similar operation (small company, small site, batch operation).
