Job Title: IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Overview:
We?re currently seeking an experienced IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst for a long-term consulting opportunity. This role will play a critical part in supporting and evolving IT governance and business continuity initiatives across a complex technology environment.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings, has a strong analytical mindset, and can independently navigate and improve processes with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and architecture to support IT governance and disaster recovery efforts. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of IT risk management, compliance, and documentation standards. Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including coordination of tabletop exercises and scenario testing. Ensure documentation across governance and DR programs is comprehensive, current, and user-friendly. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions. Promote best practices and help integrate enhancements within team operations. Top Skills & Attributes: Proven experience analyzing end-to-end IT processes and recommending process improvements. Highly organized with exceptional documentation skills?capable of producing materials that promote clarity and self-service. Strong problem-solving capabilities; able to think critically and adapt when procedures require refinement or realignment. Effective communicator with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or a related field. 3+ years in a Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery Analyst role. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT. Experience working with SaaS and on-prem infrastructure in continuity planning. Exposure to tools like Riskonnect (formerly Castellan) is a plus, but not required. #LI-PT
