Position: Oracle Cloud Fusion O2C Solution Architect

Location: Remote, occasional travel to Los Angeles ( for key meetings or Conference Room Pilot testing sessions)

Oracle Cloud Fusion O2C Solution Architect Be a part of an organization that is modernizing and transforming its IT platforms, processes, and skills to accelerate business strategy through technology-enabled solutions! We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Order to Cash (O2C) Solution Architect to join our Global Technology Organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion applications with specific focus on O2C processes and integrations. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing optimal O2C solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices. Responsibilities: Design and architect Oracle Cloud Fusion O2C solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems Lead the solution architecture for O2C processes including customer master data, pricing, order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue recognition Provide technical leadership in implementing best practices for cash application, collections, and deduction management processes Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into eTective technical solutions Create comprehensive solution architecture documentation including: - Technical Design Documents - Integration Architecture Specifications - Process Flow Diagrams - Security and Controls Framework Guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to cloud architecture best practices Lead design discussions with IT and business teams, eTectively communicating impacts of proposed changes Evaluate and recommend new Oracle Cloud Fusion features and updates relevant to O2C processes Architect integration solutions between Oracle Cloud Fusion and third-party O2C applications Support critical issue resolution across development, testing, and production environments Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP systems, including at least 4 years specifically with Oracle Cloud Fusion O2C modules Deep functional and technical understanding of global O2C processes in Oracle Cloud Fusion Experience architecting solutions for multiple operating units, global and local charts of accounts, and complex ledger structures Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud integration technologies (OIC, Web Services, APIs) Strong background in O2C SaaS integration architectures, particularly with leading collection and cash application solutions Experience with Oracle Cloud security architecture and SOX compliance requirements Participation in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations for global organizations Working experience migrating O2C workstreams from Oracle R12 to Oracle Fusion Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion localizations and globalizations Experience with cloud architecture principles and best practices Excellent communication skills with ability to engage eTectively with both technical and business stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Oracle Cloud certifications preferred This is a critical role that partners with business teams and IT leadership to drive transformation and optimization of O2C processes through innovative cloud solutions.
