Position Title: Business Systems Analyst
Direct Hire (EST ONLY)
Remote (EST only)

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, consulting, and customer service abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with cloud Field Service and financial systems (SageIntacct, BuildOps, ADP preferred).
- Process Knowledge: Understanding of GL Record-to-Report, Inventory Control, Job Costing, Billing, and reporting.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with agile implementation methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams; ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience and Education:
- Work Experience: 2+ years as a business systems analyst or solution architect in service-oriented companies; C/HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Systems, or Computer Science preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (Business Systems Analyst, Project Management, ERP systems) preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Fully remote.
- Travel required as needed.
