Soccer Player Scout

Represent IFX Soccer in the Southern California region as a player scout and recruiter, developing relationships with soccer clubs, coaches, players and the soccer community to identify and recruit players for the various IFX international soccer programs in Europe. Scouts must be highly motivated self-starters, driven sales professionals, with experience working independently, and ideally have experience in soccer previously as a player, coach or fan. Experience in an outside sales role preferred and candidates should be comfortable making phone calls and presentations. Scouts are independent contractors paid primarily on a commission basis and according to number of players recruited.
