Join AEVEX Aerospace as a Senior FMV Analyst Lead the Way in Advanced Intelligence Analysis
Are you a high-performing analyst with a passion for cutting-edge intelligence work? AEVEX Aerospace, a leader in Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation, is seeking Senior-level FMV Analysts to join our elite team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of video forensics and in-depth analysis, working within an operational fusion cell that integrates GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, and other intelligence disciplines into comprehensive intelligence products. Your expertise will support critical missions that protect our nation and shape global security.
What You'll Do:- Advanced Video Exploitation: Exploit video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, conducting in-depth research to create fused, multi-INT intelligence products.
- Fusion Cell Collaboration: Work within a fusion cell to integrate various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, IMINT, and FMV, ensuring that intelligence products are comprehensive and actionable.
- Operational Support: Provide advanced video forensics and analysis, supporting an operational cell with high-tempo, mission-critical tasks.
- Briefing & Reporting: Prepare and present briefings, utilizing visual displays to convey complex intelligence findings to senior leaders and decision-makers.

- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 5 years of full-time motion geospatial, FMV, or imagery analysis experience; OR a minimum of 5 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 3 years of full-time motion geospatial, FMV, or imagery analysis experience AND a BA/BS degree or higher in a related field.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication Skills: Maintain situational awareness during high-tempo operations, with the ability to articulate intelligence findings both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve routine challenges, and positively impact customer and team relations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Briefing Skills: Capable of preparing and presenting briefings with effective use of visual aids.
- Analytical & Writing Skills: Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking abilities.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 32 WPM without looking at the keyboard.
- Color Discernment: Ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen.
- Training: Must complete the customer FMV training course or have completed it within the last year. Must attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain the required skill level in each position. Obtain GPC-F certification within 6 months of starting.
- Technical Expertise: Practical experience with MAAS, NES, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, and IEC.
- Counterterrorism Background: Experience in counterterrorism analysis is highly desirable.
- Training & Instruction: Previous experience as an FMV instructor or in training roles.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and advanced technical abilities (e.g., HTML5, CSS, PHP/SQL, Python).
- NTM Exploitation: Experience exploiting National Technical Means (NTM) with a basic understanding of imagery products.
- Target Packet Development: Experience in building target packets or similar intelligence products.
- Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
- Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations required for temporary duty or full-time deployment as needed.
