World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent to the WWT Sales team and working directly with WWT Sales managers to understand how to best align candidates to their active openings. Focused positions include Client Executives/Managers, Sales Academy, Pre-Sales Systems Engineers, Solution Architects and Sales Advisors. The Recruiter will need to be comfortable recruiting and interviewing passive candidates for all levels of Sales opportunities across the United States and Canada, and have previous experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other Recruiting CRM's.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in IT Recruiting is strongly preferred
- Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred
- Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
- Coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding.
- Recruiting for WWT's Information Technology and Application Services Teams which includes, sales, management, engineering, project management, and other positions throughout the company.
- Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions.
- Understand company's policies and benefits.
- Advisory role to managers and supervisors regarding employee issues.
- Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
- Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
- Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
- Develop a network of business and candidate contacts
- Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
- Effectively communicate with executive management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs
- Miscellaneous projects as needed.
