Job Summary

Coordinates and performs statistical analysis on healthcare data for assessment. Interprets data and develops reports; evaluates and suggests improvements, tracks data sets, and maintains databases.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain computational and statistical analysis pipelines for single cell and spatial transcriptomics data processing and downstream analysis in a core facility environment to help drive traumatic brain injury projects.
  • Expertise in R, python, and R shiny app development.
  • Automate the analysis pipelines as described above using containerizing workflows.
  • A working understanding of traumatic brain injury to evaluate results critically.
  • Communicate the analysis results to the interdisciplinary project team, including biologists, physicians, and data science experts; support manuscript writing.
