Job Description:

The PM shall provide management, direction, administration, QA and leadership of the execution of a High Performance Computing contract.

It is required that the PM has the following qualifications:

a) Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP).

b) At least seven years of experience managing complex and large programs that feature significant HPC operations and HESC application support.

It is desired that the PM has the following qualifications:

Demonstrated competence with the following: Managerial experience providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Experience with the management and supervision of staff in a variety of labor categories and skillsets. Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving, and customer service. Knowledge of system architecture and operations. At least five years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Architect. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
