Job Description
Ability to maintain, upgrade and manage many of our client s software, hardware and networks and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems
Responsible for design, configuration, scripting, testing, debugging, and documentation
Installing and configuring new servers and networks.
Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery, firmware updates, security patching and file maintenance.
Responds to customer reports of problems, system performance anomalies, and /or general inquiries. Includes application code troubleshooting and design, programming, testing, and debugging of software patches/fixes
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of Security/EDR and Antivirus platforms
Ability to troubleshoot/restore RAID configurations and HDD failures
Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements
Prepares activity and status reports regarding the activities to which they are assigned, and any other duties and/or responsibilities as may be determined appropriate by the employees direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
Required Skills:
5 Years of experience in SharePoint Administration and Architecture
5 Years of experience in Active Directory
5 Years of experience in Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Server)
5 Years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server
5 Years of experience in powershell, workflow, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer
3 Years of experience in Administrating Azure
5 Years of experience Administrating O365
3 Years of Hyper-V and VMWare administration experience a must
5 Years managing Antivirus platforms/EDR
Extensive analysis experience for problem determination
SharePoint version migrations (e.g. 2016 -> 2016 and 2016 -> 2019)
Windows Server Migrations (e.g. ->2012 -> 2016 -> 2019)
