We need someone to lead the implementation of our ERP system. Primary roles and responsibilities would include:

  • Assess our needs and sort into immediate, critical short term, medium term and long term Develop a function/implementation timeline
  • Match those needs with existing functionality inside the D365 standard package that we have access to and lead a gap analysis
  • Develop plans for gap closure. Could include temporary plans if needed for our immediacy
  • Work with our business team to develop the internal processes and work flows to match the planned implementations.
  • Oversee and lead implementation through at least 3phases
  • Immediate needs and initial functionality or temporary work flows (0-2 months)
  • Critical short term needs beyond immediate (2-6 months)
  • Medium term needs (6-12 months)

This would be a contract assignment. For this we expect the following:

  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in IT-related activity with specific experience in ERP implementation. (prefer 10+ years).
  • Direct experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Direct experience implementing ERP system in manufacturing/industrial company. Prefer in Automotive.
  • Strong communicator and team leader with a proven track record of getting results and leading diverse teams in challenging settings
  • Personal high level contributor who will do as much as lead.
  • Willing to start immediately and work at least 40 hours per week with at least 24 hr/week on site in Wixom.
