Full Time
5+ years in Pega Decisioning and marketing.
Desired Certifications:
CSA (Certified System Architect),
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)
Need to Have:
Experience defining decision architecture, solutions & designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
End-to-end experience defining solutions, designs, and implementations in Customer Marketing, Segmentation, Adaptive Modelling, and Campaign Management - Inbound and Outbound.
Extensive knowledge on NBAD implementation.
Experience in distributed systems, large-scale non-relational data stores, data modelling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouses.
Knowledge of various Pega Marketing & Decisioning, PRPC concepts and rule types like strategies, offer flows, activities, when rules, functions, data transforms, decision logic, dataflows, datasets, adaptive models, reporting, agents, and ruleset management.
Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns
Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Coordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixes.
Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues.
