The Project Manageris responsible for the implementation of solutions and services for clients.The Project Manager interacts closely with the client to define projectparameters and develop detailed documentation. Through an intimateunderstanding of company solutions and services, knowledge of the industry anddelivery methodology, the Project Manager will translate customer requirementsinto specific plans, tasks and deliverables. The Project Manager assures properconduct, execution, documentation, and communications of assigned projectengagements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and update project schedule, scope, resources.
- Ensure that project budgets are met, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Manage project deliverables in accordance with standard methodology.
- Manage day-to-day activity of all project-oriented tasks to ensure schedule compliance.
- Coordinate kickoff, design, status and other project meetings.
- Communicate status and issues to the client project team and management.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting the project.
- Develop, review and approve all project documentation.
- Evaluate new projects to determine the best method of execution, Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.
- Report on project status updates to the PMO and executive sponsors.
- Work to meet team goals and deadlines.
- Other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience as a Project Manager will be considered.
- Experience in project management for more than 10 years, delivered successful projects, including complex projects.
- Familiarity with project management software such JIRA and PPM tools. A solid working knowledge of current internet technologies, as well as experience of working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience with project management related software packages.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high pace environment.
- Comfortable in a team environment.
- Ability to independently manage simple to complex projects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
