Position: Workday HCM Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract type: W2
Duration: Long Term Contract
Position Description:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing data analysis, reporting through dashboards, and supporting requests for the creation of reports.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience creating, implementing, enforcing, and negotiating data exchange standards and policies.
- A minimum of three (3) years of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience. ITIL Certificate is highly recommended.
- Current certification in Lean Six Sigma (copy of active certification must be provided)
- Govt or Public Sector exp is required.
Desired Qualifications:

Additional Technical Skills
- Data Governance and Analysis - Expertise in data governance, publishing, and analysis on an ongoing or ad-hoc basis.
- Compliance Knowledge - Strong understanding of governance frameworks, data policies, and regulatory compliance.
