We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Lead Developer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of GCP services and architecture. As a Senior Java Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Utilize GCP services and tools to build, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.Need 10+ years experience in it.Experience in Spark (Scala/Python/Java) and Kafka
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.E2E Solution Design skills - Prototyping, Usability testing and data visualization literacy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
