Salary: $50,000.00 USD Annually - $60,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Tool & Die Maker for a full-time position.
Toolmaker is responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of the production tooling, stamping, forming and cutting die sets, as well as assembly tooling and welding tooling jigs and fixtures.
Daily responsibilities may include the following activities
Assembling, fitting and repairing tools to assure efficient production and quality of parts
Monitoring tools used in manufacturing to ensure efficient run rates and identify necessary repairs or possible improvements
Addressing part quality issues associated with tooling design maintenance and repair
Attending machine breakdowns to identify the root cause and solve the problem
Production of specialized components to support production
