Media Finance SME Consultant - SAP, ECC
Position Type: Contract
Location: Hybrid Onsite - 2 days/wk in Santa Monica
The Role:
Madiba is currently searching for an Media Finance SME Consultant. This role will be responsible for formulating and delivering an assessment for an upcoming S/4 deployment. Incumbent will be working directly with various business partners and the Finance team to deliver an overall assessment of the current environment for process improvement and future deployment. This is a hybrid onsite (2 days/week) in Santa Monica.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Controller to create an assessment and overview of current landscape for conversion of SAP ECC to S/4
- Assess current financials and document processes
- Look at Cost Centers/Profit Centers to document current manual processes for automation
- Work with Business Users to document business processes
- Assess current landscape to give Controller an overview of roadmap for S/4 migration
Experience Desired:
- Strong Finance and Accounting background within the Media/Entertainment domain
- Solid background/knowledge of SAP ECC environments from the business perspective
- Ideally a CPA background with strong finance and accounting experience
- Ability to interface with Business Users, gather requirements and document business processes
- Understand the various SAP dimensions and how client is using them
- Knowledge of Charge Assessments
- Ability to be onsite in Santa Monica 2 days/week
