Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience to lead our Oracle solutions delivery and manage large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle technologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Oracle applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design comprehensive Oracle solutions, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture and Design:
    • Lead the design and architecture of complex Oracle solutions, including Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other Oracle applications.
    • Develop comprehensive solution architectures that address business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
  2. Program Management:
    • Oversee the delivery of large-scale Oracle implementation projects, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their strategic goals and ensuring Oracle solutions align with their objectives.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
    • Manage expectations and foster collaboration between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants, developers, and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to develop their skills and expertise in Oracle technologies.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development for team members.
  5. Technology and Innovation:
    • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices, ensuring the organization leverages the most effective solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, proposing new technologies and solutions to enhance business operations.
    • Lead initiatives to adopt and implement new Oracle features and capabilities, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
  6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure all Oracle solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.
    • Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for Oracle solution development and deployment.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of Oracle solutions to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
