Description:
This healthcare client is constantly growing and expanding therefore there is a lot of project based work such as builds and deployments, and cleanup work. They also need to cover day to day support such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues, or day to day support.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude. **Attitude and customer service are very important in this environment. They will be troubleshooting and closing tickets in Hospital setting. Therefore they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff.
The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi functional printers in clinical areas. Will also respond to customer requests to resolve their issues in person or remotely, via phone and email. Manage user accounts and permissions in AD. Experience required working with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers.
