Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, Java microservices, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes , and analytics tools like Snowflake. You will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java and PostgreSQL on AWS.
Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices for cloud-based solutions.
Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8) for container orchestration and deployment.
Utilize analytics tools like Snowflake to drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams.
Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
Extensive experience with Java and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8) for managing containerized applications.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
