Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Kore.ai Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. You should have a strong background in software development and be skilled in building conversational AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy chatbots with Kore.ai.
Gather requirements and define project goals with stakeholders.
Customize Kore.ai bots for specific business needs.
Integrate bots with third-party applications using APIs.
Enhance bots with NLP and machine learning.
Test and debug chatbots for optimal performance.
Maintain and update deployed chatbots.
Stay updated on conversational AI trends.
Support and guide junior developers.
Document development processes and deployment procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7-10 years of software development experience, with 3-5 years in chatbot development.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Extensive knowledge of the Kore.ai platform.
Experience with NLP and machine learning.
Strong understanding of API integration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
