Job Description:

  • Create strategic initiatives and improvements to move the business forward for the next several years.
  • End-to-end oversight and coordination of worldwide programs that empower leaders and teams to serve customers better.
  • Create project work-back schedules, manage timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and scenario plan as needed.
  • Lead program implementation including follow-up and feedback loops to further evolve and adjust key programs.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to continuously improve programs and performance to drive the overall customer and team experience and increase ownership.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to improve the adoption of tools, processes, and behaviors to impact performance.
  • Define success metrics of critical initiatives for field leaders and teams.
  • Develop business requirements for upgrading and implementing solutions.
  • Influence and lead through formal and informal channels.
