Description:
* The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the IT functionality and efficiency of multiple business locations, including administrative offices and call centers.
* This role includes providing technical support for a variety of hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions both onsite and remotely.
* The position involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining systems and networks, and analyzing workflows to recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
* Strong operational and analytical abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of PC and network hardware, including printers, file servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and diagnostic tools.
* Proficiency with Windows operating systems, PC software setup, and connectivity.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* Familiarity with network protocols and tools for troubleshooting and maintaining LAN/WAN systems.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and related software.
* Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with advanced network configurations and security practices.
* Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage external service tickets effectively.
* Proven capability in imaging desktops, building computers, and hardware maintenance.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $21.07-$30.1 per hour
