Position: AI/ML and Chatbot Developer
Location : Charlotte NC ( Day 1 onsite)
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML and Chatbot Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dialog flow CX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation, chatbot development, and deployment. This role involves designing and developing conversational AI solutions that enhance user interactions and business automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dialog flow CX to improve customer and internal user experiences.
* Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models for natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot automation.
* Integrate chatbots with various platforms, including enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
* Enhance AI-driven conversational workflows by leveraging machine learning models and business logic.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
* Monitor, analyze, and improve chatbot performance using analytics and feedback-driven enhancements.
* Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and advancements in chatbot technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio for chatbot development and customization.
* Experience with Dialogflow CX, including designing conversation flows, managing intents, entities, and fulfillment.
* Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and implementation for chatbot automation.
* Proficiency in NLP, machine learning algorithms, and conversational AI frameworks.
* Experience integrating chatbots with cloud services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
* Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or relevant AI/ML languages.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is a plus.
* Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with AI-powered virtual assistants and enterprise automation.
* Familiarity with generative AI models and LLMs for chatbot enhancement.
* Background in data analytics and AI-driven customer insights
