Job Description:&
- The Analyst position provides Test with employees who can work with some supervision to test company software applications.&
- The position requires two years experience in development life cycle, testing as primary area of knowledge, proficiency with Mercury Interactive testing tools and understanding of the wireless telecommunications industry.&
- This person will be proficient in at least two business functions: process (ex. Billing) or technology (ex. Web Applications).&

Job Responsibilities:&
- Develop and execute test cases.&
- Work with other teams to validate actual test results to expected results and user and functional requirements.&
- Document and resolve test issues.&
- Report status of assigned test tasks and issue.&
- Utilize test metrics as required.&
- Identify and document improvements to the test process.&
- Find opportunities to increase skill-set.&

Education:&
- Bachelor's Degree IT or Business (Preferred)&
- &
Work Experience:&
- 4-7 years Experience in designing, developing, and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases required.&
- 4-7 years Experience in writing technical documentation required.&
- 2-4 years Experience in identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues required.&
- 2 years Experience in understanding Testing techniques and standards required.&
- 2 years Experience and understanding of the following technologies: Maestro, TestDirector, LoadRunner, QuickTestPro, WinRunner, Cucumber or Selenium required.&
- 2 years experience testing in a Sailpoint environment (required)&
- 2 years experience testing in an Entra ID (Azure AD) environment ( preferred but not required)&
