Key is searching for a Data Supply Chain Manager to lead our data management strategies and optimize data workflows within our enterprise Data Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, quality, and controls while driving efficiency in data operations.
Operational Data Quality Monitoring: Focus on timely operational monitoring of data quality as data moves through various systems. The Data Supply Chain Manager ensures that data quality issues are detected and addressed in day-to-day processes, working closely with the Data Quality team and Production Support teams to resolve issues based on their established framework.
Incident Resolution and Escalation: Take ownership of data quality issues that are identified during operational data quality monitoring and work with the relevant personnel to ensure root cause is remediated. Escalate broader or recurring issues to the Head of Data Quality. Bridge between Data Quality Working Group by partnering with Data Quality team to effectively remediate data quality issues identified by the LOB and report clear status on progress.
Cross-Functional Collaboration for Data Flow: Lead collaboration with business lines, IT, and engineering to ensure that data flows through systems seamlessly and in compliance with the quality framework. The focus here is on ensuring that operational processes (LOB operational processes and data movement processes) align with data quality standards set by the Head of Data Quality, promoting partnership and cohesion across teams.
Data Lineage and Transformation Oversight: While the Head of Data Quality sets the standards for data quality, the Data Supply Chain Manager ensures that data movement controls and transformation practices align with these standards. This includes ensuring traceability and implementing tools that capture data movement.
Operational Governance Compliance: While the Head of Data Quality focuses on the overall framework and governance policies, the Data Supply Chain Manager ensures that these policies are implemented on the ground level in day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance during data movement and transformation.
Own the Balance and Control framework: Ensure consistent application and expansion of existing common componentry. Identify and design new common componentry to enhance framework for new use cases. Expand to include Finance Data Hub as a substantial consumer of data from the Data Supply Chain.
Process Improvement: Analyze data operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and process enhancements to optimize data handling and operational efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of data processes, system configurations, and procedures. Generate and present regular reports on data operations metrics and system performance.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $206,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data operations, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data systems, databases, and data processing workflows.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, data integration platforms).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with enterprise ETL tools (Ab Initio, Informatica, DataStage)
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
