Job Summary:
ISG Data Engineering team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven Program Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will gain a detailed understanding of Client's approach associated with planning, budgeting, prioritization, execution and reporting of Technology Book of Work (BoW) in addition to providing program support to various high-profile regulatory programs within the Data Engineering portfolio.
The ideal candidate is an individual contributor comfortable working with large amounts of financial data and has experiences in Chief of Staff, Financial / Capacity Planning, and/or Regulatory Program Governance.
Key Activities include:
Support the oversight of ISG Data Engineering Technology Book of Work (investments and work efforts), including working with various internal clients and technology teams to identify and prioritize technology investments, and providing ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of these investments/work efforts.
Provide support in preparing materials and drive any necessary forums, such as provide support in:
Analysis of data to develop various reporting views to communicate progress, achievements, issues, narrative, and provide key insight to execution and business partners.
Identifying and socializing risks, issues and dependencies to remove obstacles and drive effective risk mitigation plans across relevant products and projects.
Oversight of regulatory Data Engineering Tech activities ensuring all relevant activities are executed in line with regulatory expectations.
Writing guidance documents, developing proposals, and obtaining stakeholder buy-in to move towards execution.
Documenting clear takeaways or actions.
Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent writing and analytical skills, e.g., has developed analysis and presentations that have been presented to management with minimal edits required.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Highly motivated with a strong attention and willingness to get into detail.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to navigate and address complex problems with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
5 years experience in financial services, consulting, or technology specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning, and/or Regulatory Program Governance
Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially masters degree

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr W2 (Negotiable)
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
Pay Range: $65 - $75/hr on W2
