Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an onsite IT Support Associate located in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems, integrating SaaS solutions, managing secure practices, and providing excellent support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring proper setup of systems, desktops, software, and conference rooms

Integrating SaaS solutions with our internal team and network

Troubleshooting and resolving IT challenges promptly

Implementing and managing a ticketing system for efficient issue tracking

Overseeing management of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory

Ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure, including devices and networks

Administering phone systems and network processes

Executing system and network administration tasks, including design, documentation, implementation, and testing

Assisting in the management of security and support on SharePoint sites

Maintaining confidentiality of company passwords and information.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory, including user management and group policies
Demonstrated experience with computer hardware, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and their application in a business environment
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle IT issues promptly and effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with staff at all levels
Ability to work onsite and provide real-time IT support as needed.
