Job Description:
As a Senior SAP PMO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects. Your expertise in project management, governance, and SAP implementations will be invaluable in driving the success of our SAP initiatives, Global PMO experience needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks for SAP initiatives, ensuring adherence to project management standards and policies.
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to create comprehensive project plans, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Resource Allocation: Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that the right team members are available for project tasks and responsibilities.
Project Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays. Ensure projects are executed within defined timelines and budget.
Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential roadblocks and ensuring project continuity.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet established criteria and standards.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and project documentation archives, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project status updates, reporting, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the SAP PMO, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMI certification is a plus.
Proven experience in SAP project management and PMO leadership, with a relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of SAP implementations, methodologies, and best practices.
Must have experience with PMO-(Project Management Office).
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with SAP systems and modules.
