Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Development III role based in Newark, New Jersey. This role involves working on software applications and frameworks as part of the software release life cycle. You will be expected to write and maintain source code, manage configurations, test and fix bugs, and communicate with internal and client project team members.

Responsibilities:

Writing and maintaining source code for software applications
Managing configurations for software applications and frameworks
Testing software applications and fixing any bugs that arise
Collaborating with internal experts to develop technical solutions
Communicating effectively with internal and client project team members
Applying principles, theories, and concepts of the technical domain
Training and coaching lower level technical staff
Documenting all work for future reference and accountability
Handling software releases and ensuring they meet the set standards
Resolving technical problems and issues using deep technical knowledge.

Requirements

Proficiency in a variety of programming languages including 'Go' and 'Software Development'
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with 'Framework', 'Principles', and 'Source Code' in software development
Ability to manage software releases and perform bug fixing
Proficiency in computer programming and software applications
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with talent management
Experience with configuration management and providing technical solutions to problems
Ability to understand and comply with HIPAA regulations
Skilled in documentation and training of software systems
Familiarity with 'About Time', 'Answer', and 'Deliverable' in the context of project management
Willingness for international travel as required
Experience in obtaining credit approvals for software purchases.
