Position: Slack Workflow Developer
Location: Remote (preferably someone in San Jose, CA/ Santa Clara, CA)
Duration: 6-9 Months Contract + Extensions
Job Description:
- Build and customize Slack and other collaboration workspaces.
- Identify gaps between current and desired states of Slack and plan solutions.
- Improve collaboration and SaaS integrations for consistent app performance.
- Support and resolve Slack-related technical issues.
- Assist with delivery management processes and conduct tool training.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with SaaS and Slack (Admin, Workflows, Apps, APIs).
- Strong Python and AWS skills.
- Expertise in tools like PowerShell, JavaScript, Postman, and web services/RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL models).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP).
- Understanding of cloud and API security models.
- Experience with SDLC, ITIL, Agile Frameworks, and Agile environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
