Responsibilities of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor inventory levels daily
  • Ordering items that fall below minimum inventory levels
  • Determine substitutions
  • Maintain equipment at accounts
  • Customer relations
  • Basic understanding of metal cutting products
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products

Qualifications of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Ambitious and serious about starting your career
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Organized
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a must
  • Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Lifting up to 40lbs

Working Conditions: Warehouse/Office


Training/Certifications: N/A


Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm


Travel: 25%, may require overnight stays 1-3 times a month. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines


Education: High School Diploma or GED
