Communications Specialist 5

The main function of an experienced Communications Specialist is to be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our business objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Responsible for managing communication channels and aliases, ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information

Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with business messaging

Drive event content decks and meeting recaps

Works closely with teams to write and finalize weekly and monthly news and reports, including support of various communication campaigns and programs

Provide regular updates on active communications initiatives to senior management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to work independently and manage one s time.

Strategic Thinking: Able to develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This involves planning, implementing, and evaluating communication campaigns.

Strong knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
