Job Description

The Senior IT Systems Support Analyst is responsible for being the subject matter expert for business analytics and business processes, and the candidate will be required to maintain and support end users and the organizations internal hardware & software system. The successful candidate will support a variety of IT applications & processes, and business critical manufacturing applications. The Successful Applicant

The Senior IT Systems Support Analyst candidate will have the following experience:
  • 4+ years experience as an IT Support / IT Systems Specialist
  • Experience supporting a Microsoft environment - Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Project management - you must have been responsible for leading a project in a current/previous role
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Planning, documentation & testing
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management ticketing tool required
  • Azure, Azure DevOps experience is beneficial
  • ITIL Certification is preferred
  • Other beneficial certifications include: Microsoft Certified Professional, Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must

  • Base salary ranging from $90k-$115k
