A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Endpoint Coordinator

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Rochester, MN 55902

As an Endpoint Coordinator you will:

  • The Endpoint Coordinator must have strong organizational and time management skills, as this role operates in a high-demand environment. Coordination with other areas providing services and meeting deadlines or service-level expectations is essential. Attention to detail and data entry accuracy are crucial. Proficiency in various systems supporting telecom services (such as Spok Mobile and Avaya Site Administration) is expected.
  • The Endpoint Specialist acts as the primary customer liaison for all moves, adds, and change requests related to the workstation environment at Company. Responsibilities include coordinating the ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of computers, printers, copiers, and related peripheral equipment across Company campuses. The role involves working directly with customers to evaluate their needs for new service requests, preferred device configurations, product inquiries, orders, and returns for unneeded products.
  • You will gather, document, and assess specific customer requirements to ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and meet the customer's needs. Acting on behalf of the customer, you will place electronic equipment orders within Lawson, troubleshoot any ordering issues, and work with senior staff or Supply Chain Management to resolve problems. Throughout this process, you will keep customers informed on order status.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills are essential to delivering outstanding customer service in a team-based environment. You will also need project management skills to effectively evaluate process improvement opportunities regarding the equipment order lifecycle. This includes thorough documentation of work, as well as the ability to clearly communicate concepts and procedures such as hardware/software requirements, purchase requisition details, and moves/adds/changes coordination/scheduling for a diverse customer base.

The ideal candidate will have: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Helpdesk, desktop support, IT support, etc.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $23 - $26 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
