Job Details

Description
Our client is looking to hire a Desktop Technician. This person will be assisting with a large scale project. They will be upgrading all devices from windows 10 to windows 11. In order to meet the expectations of the end user population we are seeking PC Technicians with experience on large scale deployment projects. Candidates should have prior experience imaging using a tool such as SCCM, or the MDT toolkit. They should also have an understanding and experience of the wide variety of incidents that would arise during a deployment of this scale. Experience related to documentation of incidents via a ticketing system such as servicenow is also important.

1. Experience imaging and deploying devices (preferably via SCCM)
2. Prior experience troubleshooting various technical incidents that arise during a larger scale deployment project (PC Hardware, Network connectivity, O365)
3. Experience and knowledge supporting and managing Active Directory functions (Account creation, Password reset, Group Policy)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Flexibility and experience working on deployment projects. Due to the size of the health system candidates could be required at some point to support a different location depending on the workload at each site. However, they will be located at one primary location for majority of the project.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
