Job Details

  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including
    Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Employee
    Document Management
    Design and implement HR workflows, knowledge bases, and self-service
    portals
    Develop and maintain HR service catalog items and record producers
    Configure and optimize Employee Journey Management solutions
    Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems
    (HRIS, Learning Management Systems)
    Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
    Implement and maintain data privacy and security controls
    Create and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics
    Perform system upgrades and testing
    Implement and maintain HR automation processes using Flow Designer and
    IntegrationHub

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in a delivery architect role, ideally within a consulting
    environment).
    At least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology
    Experience with ServiceNow HRSD suite (Employee Service Center, Case
    Management, Document Management), ServiceNow Platform (Flow
    Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics), JavaScript and business
    rule development, REST APIs and web services
    HR systems integration experience
    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator qualification or proven recent
    experience in system administrative duties in ServiceNow.
    ServiceNow Implementation Specialist-HR and Application Developer are
    added advantages.
    Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to
    diverse audiences
    Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
    Certifications:
    ServiceNow certifications CSA CAD, particularly in HRSD, are highly desirable.?
