Job Details
IT Field Support Technician
Salary: $20-25/hour
Location: Farmington, CT
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8am-4:30pm
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of field repair/desktop support experience
- Experience working in an IT role in a hospital setting preferred
- Preferred experience in a hospital environment using EPIC
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ training and or applicable certification
- Experience supporting Windows 10 / 11 and Office 365
- Service Now experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift to 35lbs
- This position requires the ability to move monitors, PC's, printers, and going under desk to plug in cables.
