Location: New York, NY (Remote role)

Job Description:

  • In this role, You will be the owner of large security programs, will require sound judgment under pressure, a strong technical background, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. You will coordinate between many stakeholders, set expectations for deliverables from many different teams, keep track of success of parallel efforts, identify key roadblocks, and work with the team members involved to keep things moving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mergers and acquisitions agreements, assess technology and integration risks and drive remediation efforts.
  • Recommend and oversee engineering solutions to resolve discovered security gaps.
  • Work with acquired companies to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close security improvement projects.
  • Coordinate between different security teams, set clear expectations on responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders and measure success.
  • Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams to provide technical direction and influence technical design.
  • Work with acquisitions post close, identify security gaps, track security remediation activities and help them integrate into client s security processes.
  • Support security tooling deployments within acquisitions legacy environment to get visibility into their environment and protect them.
  • Work with partner teams to land solutions and capabilities needed for integrating their workflows.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects while conducting threat modeling, infrastructure, architecture, and design reviews.
  • Experience with delivering innovative and technical security solutions.
  • Experience with security and privacy domains.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or technical integration projects.
  • Experience conducting security risk assessments and mitigation efforts.

Skills:

  • Security domain expertise (required), assessment experience (preferred).
  • Identity and Access Management Experience.
  • TPM skills - stakeholder management, planning and comms.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
