Job Description
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a PC Technician in FOLCROFT, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will provide technical and ticket support, both remotely and via deskside, for two nearby locations. Your role will be primarily focused on break/fix tasks with laptops and desktops, utilizing your knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Windows. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Execute technical and ticket support, both remotely and on-site
Manage break/fix tasks primarily for laptops and desktops
Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for various tasks and functions
Provide support for Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft suite
Handle the deployment and installation of hardware and software, particularly Dell and Lenovo hardware
Possess imaging experience, preferably with clonezilla and kangaroo for imaging
Ensure the smooth operation of network printers.
Proficient in Break Fix techniques and troubleshooting methods for resolving hardware and software issuesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
Experience in Desktop Imaging, including creating, managing, and deploying system images
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its integration with various applications and systems
Hands-on experience with Network Printers, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
