Responsibilities:
Maintain and Support: Ensure the Onit CLM platform is running smoothly by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to users.
Enhance: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to the platform to meet evolving business needs.
Integration: Work with other systems and teams to integrate the Onit CLM platform with other enterprise applications.
Customization: Develop custom solutions and configurations to tailor the platform to specific client requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the platform, including user guides, technical specifications, and support procedures.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the platform s effectiveness.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
o Experience with SQL and database management.
o Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
o Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
Onit CLM Expertise: Knowledge of the Onit CLM platform and its functionalities is desired. Training and certification will be provided to the selected candidate
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
