Subcontractor Manager

The Subcontracts Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of all subcontracts entered into by the company. This includes the negotiation, execution, and administration of subcontracts, as well as the management of subcontractor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, construction management, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and execute subcontracts with vendors and suppliers
- Manage and oversee the performance of subcontractors
- Resolve disputes and issues with subcontractors
- Ensure that subcontractors comply with all contractual requirements
- Monitor subcontractor progress and deliverables
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that subcontracts are properly integrated into the overall project plan
- Manage the subcontracts budget and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for
- Prepare and submit reports on subcontract performance to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in subcontract management
- Develop and find new subcontractors to meet the company's needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in subcontract management or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction management principles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
