Title: Salesforce Administrator
Duration: 6 Months + Likely Extensions
Location: onsite at Alameda CA (no remote)
Responsibilities:
- Fully manage Salesforce Orgs and environments
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Maintain system integrity, data security, and compliance
- Complete org ownership and management (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
- Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and proactively implementing new features
- CI/CD (changeset ownership and deployment)
- Salesforce best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce Core Platform
- Experience working in Sales and Service Cloud (Experience cloud is a plus)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, profiles, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience promoting configurations and code changes (Change Sets) between orgs (CI/CD)
- Experience managing roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security
- Hands on experience with flows, process builder, workflow rules, and approval processes for automation
- Familiarity with SOQL, SOSL and basic Salesforce development (Apex triggers, lightning components and Visualforce)
- Experience in enterprise environments with complex business processes, integrations, and user management
- Data management skills including Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and reporting tools
- Understanding Salesforce release cycle and ability to test and implement new features
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs and their best practices, and experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and middleware tools
- Familiarity with AppExchange and installing and managing managed packages.

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Certification
The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C). In addition to compensation, the company provides eligible W2 employees with a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
