Genesis10 is seeking a Jr Doc Specialist for a contract with our client in Plano, TX. 80% Remote.
Summary:
The Junior Document Specialist will gain or possess Title industry knowledge to analyze, design, and develop merge document templates using RTF standards and proprietary merge programming language. Successfully be able to interpret business processing requirements and implement those in the Client software applications. Use acquired knowledge of RTF, SQL, and client software suite to define, develop, test, and manage the document merge and generation process.
Work with internal departments to understand and apply interactions between application components and how they relate and/or apply to industry business processes.

Work with internal departments to understand and apply interactions between application components and how they relate and/or apply to industry business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manipulate document templates for use by the software application using RTF syntax and custom coding.
- Be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal departments to facilitate their requests for document generation from the software.
- Be able to interpret regulations as published by both governmental regulatory agencies and underwriters and apply that information to the client products as appropriate.
- Gain and utilize an understanding for the client products.
- Participate in the maintenance of asset repository.
- Performs testing and validation against software application for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Prefer (not required) that they have prior client application experience (Client One complete closing enterprise).
- Prefer that they have either title industry or the technical side. One or the other but the ideal candidate has both.
- Someone that used to process mortgage closing forms would be a good background. General understanding of what the forms are. Stearns Lending would be an ideal previous employer to target.
- They are not just typing out documents rather, they are creating merge forms to create the right form that'll be printed out. Merge codes that are proprietary to client.
- Good organizational skills, flexible mindset.
- MS Office a must, Salesforce nice to have (they can teach).
- Hourly W2 pay rate $20.00 - $25.00
- We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
